Refund Policy

Our policy for refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments.

1. Maintenance Plans

Maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial plan and we have not performed any maintenance work, you are eligible for a full refund of your first month's payment.

The one-time onboarding fee of $1,500 is non-refundable once the initial audit and stabilization work has been performed.

2. Project-Based Work

Project-based work is billed according to a milestone schedule defined in the project agreement. Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled before completion, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any prepaid amounts for uncompleted milestones will be refunded, minus the cost of work completed.

If OrbisStack fails to deliver agreed milestones, the client may request a refund for the undelivered portion of the project. We will work with the client to resolve the issue or provide a refund for affected work.

3. Dedicated Teams

Dedicated team subscriptions are billed monthly in arrears. You may cancel with 30 days notice. The final invoice covers work performed through the cancellation date.

Since dedicated teams are billed for actual work performed, there are no refunds for completed work. If you believe work was not performed satisfactorily, contact us to discuss a resolution.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has not been processed, please contact us at our email address. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

We are committed to fair and transparent billing. If there is a billing error, we will correct it promptly and refund any overpayment.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will arrange an alternative refund method.
